Frequently Asked Questions

Do we screen our staff?

We carefully screen our staff with extensive background checks, including motor vehicle record history, social security validation, and dilegent reference chack.

Continuity of Care?

We hire our caregivers after they pass a national background check, SSN Verifcation, Drug Screening, and interview process. We look for professionalism, enthuisiasm, and compassion for home care. After a full and thorough screening, we train, bond, and insure each one. Finally, we match our caregiver's experience, skill set, and personality to your loved one's needs. The result is a consistent, working relationship so beneficial that our clients say their Affinity Caregiver are more than caregivers, they are Angels.
